Verificada Lovely apartment The host was extremely helpful as we informed him that we had missed our flight and would be arriving late. We were given excellent instructions on how to enter the apartment, where to park and also recommendations for local restaurants. Would stay here again and recommend to others.Verificada Trato inmejorable El apartamento el Patio es una pasada pero me quedo con el trato inmejorable de Jorge por su atención en todo momento y eso es de agradecer. también está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la plaza con muchos sitios para comer y unas agradables vistas, sin duda volveremos a venir en un futuro.Verificada The heart of Cacares We enjoyed our stay at the wonderfully located apartment although we would have enjoyed it even more if we had known there was a communal terrace which I am just reading about now. There was no mention of this when we booked or at the apartment. That aside, the apartment was well furnished and spotlessly clean. Good shower and comfortable bed. The sound proofing was impressive. Spain was playing in the UEFA on one of the nights we were there and the square was EXTREMELY noisy but hardly any sound filtered into the apartment. Likewise the blinds are very efficient. We slept until 10.30 the first morning! You are, of course, literally on top of restaurants and shops and the beautiful ancient town centre. We were on the 2nd floor - do be aware of the many stairs if you have large cases to carry. If you are in a car - which most people will be - then don't even attempt to drive to the apartment to drop off cases. The car park which the owner recommends is very, very close and good value. El equipamiento del apartamento era como para sentirte en tu casa, no faltaba un detalle. Muy destacable el servicio y la amabilidad de Cristina, nos recibió a la puerta del parking y nos despidió en el mismo lugar. El único problema es que carece de ascensor, lo que dificulta el acceso a gente con problemas de movilidad.Verificada Wonderful accommodation in Caceres I spent 3 nights at El Patio Apartment and I really enjoyed it. The location is great with direct view on Playa Major. The inside has been renovated very recently and is very confortable. A lot of thought and expense has gone into the furnishing, even the crockery is colour co-ordinated. The bedding and towels are high quality and there is a full oven and a dishwasher. The only minus is the lack of a lift so you have to walk up 2 or 3 flights of stairs depending if you are in apartments 1 or 2 (2nd floor) or apartments 3 or 4 (3rd floor). We used it as an excuse to get some extra exercise. The apartments overlook the Plaza Mayor, with the beautiful Old Town of Cáceres on the opposite side of the square so the location is ideal. The outside terrace on the 4th floor is an added bonus and is a lovely place to relax when the weather is good. Climatización e insonorización excelentes, aun estando en plena Plaza Mayor no se siente ninguna molestia del exterior.
