Atrio, the famous Caceres restaurant, already has 3 stars!!!

There is great enthusiasm with which José Polo and Toño Pérez, owners of Atrio, received their third star on November 22 during the gala organized by the prestigious Michelin Guide Spain and Portugal 2023 in Toledo.

After 18 years championing Extremadura with its previous two stars, they are now taking the big step of entering the exclusive “club” of the THREE MICHELIN STARS, being, once again, a source of pride for all Extremadurans.
