El Patio Tourist Apartments opened in July 2021, after the thorough renovation of an old house, number 23 Plaza Mayor, in Caceres. In February 2022, these apartments were joined by the El Patio de Santa Clara Tourist Apartments, located in a unique building in one of the most beautiful squares in Caceres (Plaza de Santa Clara). In July 2022, we added El Patio Plaza Mayor Trujillo, four magnificent apartments in what is considered one of the most beautiful squares in Spain.
Our locations are excellent, since we are in the Plaza Mayor and in the old part of Caceres – the heart of a city where countless tourist events are held – and it allows us to enjoy unique views of the Old Town – declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986. In Trujillo, we are also in the Plaza Mayor, headquarters of the International Cheese Fair and festivals as unique as “the Chíviri”.

In our apartments, we have used the highest quality materials and equipment to ensure maximum comfort for our clients.
